Queensland's Pre-qualified Supplier (PQS) Agreements are issued annually at the start of the new financial year.
The agreements pre-approve registered training organisations (RTOs) to deliver Queensland Government subsidised training and assessment services each year, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the PQS Agreement, applicable PQS and program policies, and Schedule A (Delivery Schedule).
Note: new applications from RTOs seeking PQS status are currently closed. RTOs should visit the become a PQS webpage to learn more about the PQS approval process. Updates will be provided on this page in future, including when new PQS applications for 2018-19 will open.
2018-19 PQS Agreement offers
Following a satisfactory performance assessment, current PQS will be issued 2018-19 PQS Agreement offers from June 2018.
If you are an RTO seeking to renew your PQS status, please follow the instructions detailed in your letter of offer from the department.
Prior to accepting an offer, RTOs must read the applicable key 2018-19 policy documents, which are effective 1 July 2018. These documents are listed below.
