Annual Report

Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Plan 2024–2025 sets out our commitment to building, developing and retaining a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve across Queensland. We aim to provide services inclusively and respectfully. This plan explains how we will achieve these goals.

Reframing the Relationship Plan

Our Reframing the Relationship Plan 2024–2025 presents a holistic strategy for promoting equity, inclusion, and empowerment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Queensland. The plan is guided by principles of fairness, inclusivity, and cultural respect while seeking to ensure equitable access to opportunities and services for all individuals and promoting cultural awareness and safety within the public sector.
