Masters of Ceremonies

Max Lenoy and Muriel Bin Dol

Muriel Bin Dol and Max Lenoy are experienced MC's individually who are well known in the Townsville community and have shared the role for the NAIDOC Corporate Breakfast in recent years.

Muriel is a proud Badulaig woman. She was born on Waibene (Thursday Island) and has predominantly lived on Wulgurukaba Country since 1988. Muriel is a purposeful and dynamic leader and engaging presenter.

Max is a Kuku Yalanji, Jirrbal and Warungnu Bama man living on Gurambilbara Country, who has worked in the education sector for over 30 years and delivered presentations and workshops for local, national and international audiences.

Cultural Ceremony

Welcome to Country, cultural smoking ceremony and dance performance will be performed by the Wulgurukaba Walkabouts.


The Jamm

The Jamm have been performing classic rock in Townsville for over 10 years. With a repertoire spanning the 60s to the 90s, The Jamm pride themselves on quality covers with strong vocals and driving guitar riffs. Beginning their journey at a local charity gig, The Jamm have since become regulars at multiple venues, as well as playing private and corporate functions, and special events. Steve H, Kev, Nick and Steve P combine their musical talent and voices to provide a lively stage presence.
