Organisations delivering projects funded by the Department of Trade, Employment and Training are encouraged to promote their projects and develop marketing material that will help to achieve the project's objectives and raise awareness of the project's work.

Use the following information to help meet your contractual obligations under relevant Publicity and Public Statements sections of an applicable Queensland Government Services Agreement or similar.

Funding acknowledgement statement

Acknowledging the support of the Queensland Government is a condition of funding for projects.

On materials related to your funded project, you are required to use the following acknowledgement statement:

This project is proudly supported and funded by the Queensland Government.

Queensland Coat of Arms use

The Queensland Government grants funded organisations with a non-exclusive, royalty free, non-transferable licence to use the Coat of Arms in marketing and advertising materials for the term solely for the purpose of promoting your project.

Organisations must:

  • not modify the Coat of Arms in any way without the consent of the Queensland Government
  • non sub-licence or assign the use of or transfer the intellectual property in the Coat of Arms without the consent of the Queensland Government
  • clearly identify which parts of your organisation's business is funded under the project
  • on videos related to the funded project, place the funding acknowledgement statement (above) and Coat of Arms on the final outro slide
  • use the Coat of Arms in accordance with these guidelines.

When to use the statement and Coat of Arms
