Partner Portal full release

Partner Portal is replacing DETConnect. In preparation:

  • Access to upload AVETMISS data via the ATA application in DETConnect will close from 12pm, Friday 12 August 2022. You can still access error reports for previous submissions in DETConnect until it is decommissioned.
  • Access to DETConnect will close at 5pm, Tuesday 16 August 2022. Access to applications will be unavailable until Partner Portal is released at 12pm, Wednesday 17 August 2022.

If your organisation has not yet registered for the Partner Portal, do so now. For registration instructions and further information, refer to the Partner Portal help page.

DETConnect is a secure site that connects industry partners with a number of departmental applications via a single login to access secure information. This allows industry partners to receive current and relevant information by providing real time interaction with a number of departmental business systems.

DETConnect Login Support on (07) 3025 6692 can assist with new account inquiries and login and password issues only. For all other issues relating to submitting reports or apprenticeship contract information please contact the appropriate business system below.


Apprenticeships Info Self Service - provides access to information on apprentices and trainees registered in Queensland. It also provides student award and results information. For assistance phone (07) 3025 6693.

AVETMISS Training Activity - provides RTOs with an easy, consistent and effective method of submitting and reporting AVETMISS information. For information and assistance, visit the RTO data collection page or phone (07) 3025 6692.

Training Downloads - allows stakeholders to download reports including training contracts, RTO information and User Choice / other contract information. For assistance phone (07) 3025 6693.

Travel and Accommodation RTO summary - allows RTOs to electronically verify the attendance of an apprentice or trainee to determine eligibility for travel and/or accommodation subsidies. For assistance phone 1800 210 210.
