Express your interest anytime outside the nomination window.

Nominations for the annual Queensland Training Awards open at the start of each year.

Nominations are submitted via an online portal, which typically opens from January to March each year.

Outside the nomination window, there are still things you can do to get ready to nominate.

  1. Check your eligibility
Eligibility criteria can change from year to year, but you can still refer to the previous year's award category criteria as a guide. Here's an eligibility quick guide for the 11 award categories first contested at the regional level.
  2. Tune into QTA News
Subscribe to QTA News to stay up to date.
  3. Express your interest
Complete a 'register your interest' online form, letting us know you may like to enter the awards in future.

When you express your interest, our team of state and regional coordinators can then reach out, and send you information and inspiration – so you can prepare your nomination early and be among the first to know when the nomination portal opens.

Note: Lodging an expression of interest does not mean you have nominated. Nominations can only be submitted via the portal, during the nomination period.

Contact us if you have any questions – we're keen to help!
